Aisling Blackmore: Principal Consultant and Business Owner​

Originally from Australia, I have extensive experience working nationally and internationally. My work history encompasses roles in the Australian Commonwealth Public Services, not-for-profit organisations of various sizes, as well as national and international governance and board positions. I have also worked to grow and integrate lived experience workforces.

I create spaces where individuals can feel safe, think creatively, and share ideas. This website showcases a selection of ideas, thoughts, projects, and workshops. You will find work spanning mental health, disability, leadership, global development, and charities/not-for-profits. My goal when working with clients is to build the capability of staff and organisations to take the outcomes of work forward independently. 

My motivation stems from a dedication to promoting social inclusion, combating inequality, and advocating for human rights.
