As the Australian bushfires ripped across the country in late 2019 and early 2020, it was become more and more obvious that people who were donating money were not clear what they were donating money towards.

For a number of organisations and fundraisers, this later caused problems with donors feeling angry or disappointed that their donation was not used the way they thought it was going to be used.

In January 2020, I put together a rudimentary tool to help people understand what their money would go towards or to make a decision based on what is important to them.

I am still in the process of integrating that website into this one, but if you want to have a look and a play, the site is still active and can be accessed here.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where I grew up, the Whadjuk Noongar people, and pay respects to Elders past and present. I celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of all First Nations communities around the world.
